The Clorox controversy aside, I am always interested in the ways people channel hobbies into businesses.

Burt's Bees was started in 2001 by a the "bee-man" who, at the time, lived in a chicken coop.
The business sold last November for $913m.

I think just as notable is that the old guy, despite being worth $4M, is back living in the converted turkey coop. Wow.
